These terms govern how you use Zaivor’s platforms and services in Pakistan. By browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or requesting service, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable Pakistani laws.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our services, or security requirements. The latest version is always published on this page and applies from the date it is posted. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain Zaivor’s or our licensors’. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or commercialize content without written consent.

Any feedback you provide is voluntary and may be used by Zaivor to improve products and services without obligation to you. Please do not send confidential or proprietary materials unless we specifically request them.

To the fullest extent permitted under Pakistani law, Zaivor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

Zaivor names, logos, designs, and product imagery are protected under Pakistani and international IP laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.

Our platforms may contain links to third parties for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or security. You may only link to Zaivor in a way that is fair, legal, and does not harm our reputation.

You may not misuse the platforms, interfere with security, upload harmful code, harvest data, or use our content for competing services. Attempts to circumvent technical protections are strictly forbidden.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be referred to arbitration seated in Karachi under the Arbitration Act, 1940. Courts in Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction over court proceedings relating to enforcement or urgent relief.

Zaivor operates in Pakistan to offer jewellery and services crafted for local clients. We collect and safeguard information in line with Pakistani privacy expectations and applicable data regulations.

We collect only what we need to fulfil orders, improve service, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell personal data. We use secure processing and limit access to trained personnel.

We may collect contact details, delivery addresses, payment confirmations, device and analytics data, and communication history. Uses include processing orders, fraud prevention, customer care, and service improvements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data subject to legal retention needs. You can opt out of marketing at any time via email preferences or by contacting us.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secure payment gateways. Data is retained only as long as necessary for legal, accounting, and operational purposes, then securely deleted or anonymized.

These sale terms apply to purchases made in Pakistan via Zaivor’s online studio or client relations center. They are in addition to the Terms of Use and prevailing Pakistani consumer laws.

You must be at least 18, capable of entering binding contracts, and purchasing for personal (not commercial) use. We may refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these criteria.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per order to protect stock integrity and prevent resale. Displayed images are for reference; minor variations may occur.

You may checkout as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

Once you submit an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. Acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order if payment cannot be verified, the item is unavailable, or legal restrictions apply.

Prices are listed in PKR and include applicable duties where stated. Shipping fees and any taxes not included will be shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before acceptance.

We accept major debit/credit cards, select digital wallets, and approved bank transfers in Pakistan. Payments are processed through secure gateways. Orders may be subject to additional verification to prevent fraud.

We ship within Pakistan using trusted carriers. Delivery estimates are shared at checkout. Signature may be required for high-value items. Title and risk pass upon delivery to your address.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, undamaged, and complete with original packaging and certificates. Customized or engraved items are generally non-returnable unless defective. Contact us for return authorization and instructions.

To the extent allowed under Pakistani law, our liability for any sale is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delivery delays or third-party carrier issues.

Pakistani law governs sales. For assistance or concerns about your order, contact clientcare.pk@zaivor.com. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Karachi, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.

Pay-by-link lets you complete secure payments through a unique link sent by Zaivor for Pakistan-based orders. These terms supplement the Conditions of Sale.

After you confirm your selection with our team, we send a single-use link containing order details and amount in PKR. The link is personal and must not be shared.

Links direct you to our trusted payment gateway. We may perform additional checks to prevent fraud. Payment is confirmed only after successful authorization.

Links expire after the validity period stated in the message. Unused or expired links require a new request. Cancellations and refunds follow our standard return policy once payment is captured.

Service requests for Pakistan are handled by Zaivor Service Center, Karachi. These terms apply to diagnostic and repair services for authentic Zaivor products.

We may request proof of purchase or authenticity checks. Services may be refused if items show non-Zaivor alterations or counterfeit markings.

Submit service requests via our site or client relations team. We will provide instructions for shipping or dropping off your item.

Please follow our packing guidance and use insured, trackable shipment within Pakistan. Risk of loss remains with you until we confirm receipt.

We will assess your item and share a written estimate. No chargeable work proceeds without your approval. Minor complimentary services may be performed at our discretion.

Approved estimates must be paid via our accepted Pakistan payment methods. If you decline an estimate, we will return the item; shipping fees may apply.

We aim to meet quoted timelines but may extend them for complex work or parts availability. We will keep you informed of material delays.

Completed services carry a limited workmanship guarantee for 6 months in Pakistan. Liability for any service is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
